Qualified in Electrical Engineering.

I qualified as an osteopath at the College of Osteopaths (DO 1993). Although I was Statutorily Registered by the General Osteopathic Council (2000) it came to my notice that the General Osteopathic Council had been accused of grossly unethical conduct. Therefore, as a Christian, I wrote to the General Osteopathic Council asking them to explain the allegations against them. As they declined to provide me with an explanation, I decided it was my moral duty to act as a Conscientious Objector to their unethical behaviour in dealing with my legitimate questions and withhold my registration fee in protest. They removed me from the register. [A detailed explanation entitled “EXPLANATORY NOTICE” is available from the Reception Desk] I therefore became a Member of the Democratic Osteopathic Council (2001), an organisation set up to oppose the undemocratic ways of the General Osteopathic Council. I now title myself a Manipulative Therapist.

Qualified in acupuncture by the Medicina Alternativa Hospital (Cert Ac 1993). Also qualified by and Registered with Active Acupuncturists in General Practice and Hospitals (1999) - an organization approved by the Medical Acupuncture Association and by the Royal College of Anaesthetists.
