Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the treatment of "dis-ease" by the insertion of very thin needles into "strategic" sites on the body.  Acupuncture arose in ancient China, where it has played a major role in Traditional Chinese Medicine for at last three (maybe even seven) thousand years.  A number of conditions often respond well to acupuncture, for example: diverticulitis, migraines, neuritis, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, sinusitis, sciatica, etc

Usually 30-minute appointment slots.

Fees

Variable - depending on whether the acupuncture is used as a stand-alone treatment or used in combination with other treatments.  Sometimes as a stand-alone the fee is £40 per session is charged or sometimes £40 will cover a course of acupuncture – depends on the type of case requiring treatment.
